When I visited the complex the maintenance man was very friendly. The grounds looks very well kept along with the apartments. Great job to the maintenance man!!!!

I’ve been living here for 3 years now. I’ve never had a problem with management or anyone else in the apartments. I show respect, pay my rent on time, and don’t cause problems with others. That’s the key to having a great living experience here. Ms.Tanya is always willing to listen and reason with anyone if you happen to have any issues while living here.

Affordable income-based apartments with friendly staff . Lots of improvements in the last year!! They even got the pool fixed and pretty blue!! Thanks to the new manager and staff.

I worked here and Tonya the property manager is the best manager I've ever worked with. Her devotion, honesty, hard work for her residents is the best in the field. She's improved the community over 100%, residents you have the best in the field please treat her,ell, I know you will. Elmington Property Management is the best out there, I know I've worked for 3.

As I visited Rivercity I noticed how clean the grounds are. I also spoke the maintenance man and the Manger thought both were inviting and made me comfortable. The facility was clean.
