These apts are conviently located off Hixson Pike. It's a very large complex set up.They have a nice office complex, which may double as a recreational facility reserved for special events ? Please inquire ð¥º. They have a gate leading into the complex. This is very nice especially if the residents enforce it. Like swimming ? They gotcha covered. They are still fairly new. I teach school in Hamilton County. You guys are only 3 miles from downtown Chattanooga in the ð of tourism. This area has grown into one of the fastest in Chattanooga. It has several groceries stores, hotels, pizza restaurants , sportbars/pool tables, nice houses , other nice apts. workout facilities ðª, several and churches. Northgate Mall is less than a couple of miles. It is surrounded by two very nice elementary schools. The School bus ð will pick up to the Middle School, and High Schools. They are very good schools as well. Guess what else ? The city bus runs right by the complex. If you are interested please inquire asap. I'm sure they may be able to accommodate you or your family. Keep in mind it's a lot of apts. under construction in our City. We are growing very fast as one of the most popular cities in the country. We are building all the time. Based on comparison of rent, they are about the same affordable as anywhere else. It's just a matter of what you guys are looking for. As for as crime it happens everywhere.
