These apts are conviently located off Hixson Pike. It's a very large complex set up.They have a nice office complex, which may double as a recreational facility reserved for special events ? Please inquire 🥺. They have a gate leading into the complex. This is very nice especially if the residents enforce it. Like swimming ? They gotcha covered. They are still fairly new. Back to the code only you guys should have it ! Got it 😀 This way all of Chattanooga won't have the code to get inside omg. Some of you guys might get this. I really don't know what you are looking for ? I'm familiar with the complex only because, a lot of my former students, and families live there. According to them it's an nice place to reside . I teach school in Hamilton County. You guys are only 3 miles from downtown Chattanooga in the 💜 of tourism. This area has grown into one of the fastest in Chattanooga. It has several groceries stores, hotels, pizza restaurants , sportbars/pool tables, nice houses , other nice apts. workout facilities 💪, several and churches. Northgate Mall is less than a couple of miles. It is surrounded by two very nice elementary schools. The School bus 🚌 will pick up to the Middle School, and High Schools. They are very good schools as well. Guess what else ? The city bus runs right by the complex. If you are interested please inquire asap. I'm sure they may be able to accommodate you or your family. Keep in mind it's a lot of apts. under construction in our City. We are growing very fast as one of the most popular cities in the country. We are building all the time. Based on comparison of rent, they are about the same affordable as anywhere else. It's just a matter of what you guys are looking for. As for as crime it happens everywhere. You guys are just as safe here as anywhere else. No worries 😁 ! If you are new or relocating go check ✅ them out for yourself. I Love ❤️ Chatt Town Mr. C.

When I visited the complex the maintenance man was very friendly. The grounds looks very well kept along with the apartments. Great job to the maintenance man!!!!

I’ve been living here for 3 years now. I’ve never had a problem with management or anyone else in the apartments. I show respect, pay my rent on time, and don’t cause problems with others. That’s the key to having a great living experience here. Ms.Tanya is always willing to listen and reason with anyone if you happen to have any issues while living here.

I worked here and Tonya the property manager is the best manager I've ever worked with. Her devotion, honesty, hard work for her residents is the best in the field. She's improved the community over 100%, residents you have the best in the field please treat her,ell, I know you will. Elmington Property Management is the best out there, I know I've worked for 3.

Overall nice apartments. The front gate is horrible. Guests have to exit their car and use the keypad to search for the resident. The display screen is too small, there are no instructions and having to get out of your car is dangerous.

I lived here for 4 years and just moved. If I didn’t need more space I’ll still be a resident at River City North. It’s a very peaceful area which is a huge plus for me. Friendly staff if I ever had a problem with my unit or any other matter which was very likely they would get the job done.

This is an awesome little community tucked into Hixson. The staff is awesome and the office is always nice and clean. Maintenance is always attentive and the grounds are well kept. It's also a short walk to some great little shops, like AFC.

Well me and my girlfriend Jessica are going to fill out the application Friday and provide the 30$ application fee, hopefully we get approved. She says as long as we have no evictions or felony we should be okay to move well we don't have any of that and we have money ready for the deposit . I hope we are approved and I hope we don't lave to live with cockroaches. She said only one unit is available so I hope the choose us for it, we have been through a lot with our current rental situation really hope it works out for us
